The Everett Fire Department (EFD) proudly serves the City of Everett from six fire stations and a central administrative office.
The EFD staffs seven fire engines, two ladder trucks, three ALS (Advanced Life Support) Paramedic units and one BLS (Basic Life Support) unit twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
The department provides a full range of emergency response capabilities including responses to fires, emergency medical calls, hazardous materials incidents and rescue responses. The Everett Fire Department responds to over 18,500 incidents annually.
In the winter of 2013/2014, the Everett Fire Department developed a Strategic Plan, which will serve as a guide to setting our goals and priorities for the future. This five-year plan represents our commitment to good stewardship of the department resources funded by Everett residents. The Everett Fire Department is committed to providing the Everett community and its citizens with continued exceptional emergency response service.
